Our History

Building 360 Group began as a vision — to reinvent the way building maintenance and cleaning services were delivered.

After more than two decades working within the facilities industry, our founders recognised a persistent gap between cleaning and maintenance services.

Building 360 Group was created to close that gap — bringing together cleaning, maintenance, waste management, and building care under one integrated service model.

The name 360 reflects our commitment to delivering a complete, end-to-end solution that covers every aspect of building performance, presentation, and sustainability.

What started as a bold idea has evolved into a trusted, technology-enabled provider serving a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential clients across Victoria.

Today, our team continues to deliver the same passion, integrity, and hands-on expertise that inspired the company’s creation — ensuring every building we maintain operates at its very best.

Sustainability & Environment

At Building 360 Group, we believe responsible environmental management is an essential part of sustainable business.

Our approach focuses on prevention, efficiency, and accountability — ensuring every action we take contributes to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

We achieve this by:

Reducing waste through recycling, re-use, and sustainable disposal methods.

mplementing environmentally conscious cleaning practices using
GECA-certified, low-impact products.

Minimising energy consumption by scheduling services efficiently and reducing unnecessary site travel.

Managing water use carefully across all operations.

Partnering with suppliers who share our sustainability values.

Promoting staff awareness and training on environmental care and compliance.

Waste Sustainability

Building 360 Group is committed to sustainable waste management that goes beyond simple disposal.

We follow a circular economy approach — reducing, reusing, and recycling materials wherever possible to divert waste from landfill and achieve long-term environmental benefits.

Through our partnership with Bintracker, we monitor waste performance across all sites, using real-time data to improve recycling rates and reduce contamination.

We also conduct regular waste audits via SafetyCulture, identifying opportunities for reduction and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

By turning data into action, we help clients meet sustainability goals while minimising cost and environmental impact.

Health, Safety & Quality

At Building 360 Group, the health and safety of our people, clients, and the public are our top priorities.

We believe that safe work is quality work, and our integrated management approach ensures both are delivered with consistency and care.

Our team operates under a robust Workplace Health and Safety Policy, supported by comprehensive training, site inductions, and ongoing risk assessments.

Every staff member understands their responsibility to maintain safe work environments, report hazards, and follow established procedures to protect themselves and others.

We hold a Victorian Labour Hire Licence and are a certified CM3 prequalified supplier, ensuring compliance with all legislative and safety obligations.

To maintain transparency and accountability, we utilise SafetyCulture — a digital platform that allows us to track attendance, record inspections, and generate real-time reports.

Quality Assurance is built into everything we do.

From initial service delivery to ongoing performance reviews, our systems are designed to meet client expectations, minimise risk, and deliver measurable results.

Our commitment to health, safety, and quality is simple — to protect people, uphold standards, and exceed expectations across every Building 360 Group project.
